Birmingham new-builds come with financial incentiveBirmingham new-builds come with financial incentive
First-time buyers looking for an affordable one or two-bedroom apartment in West Heath are being asked to consider a new financial incentive scheme from Barratt Homes.
This new initiative means that new buyers will have financial assistance when purchasing their first home at the Westminster Place development, which has been designated an affordable homes scheme.
As such, first-time buyers are allowed to buy 70 per cent of the property, without having to pay rent on the outstanding amount.
David Child, sales director, said: "Rising interest rates and property prices mean it's becoming more and more difficult for first-time buyers to make that initial home purchase.
"We're committed to making home ownership available to the widest audience possible and will do all we can to help people achieve it."
Westminster Place, which boasts energy-efficient heating and double glazing, is located close to the M5 and M42 motorways and is a 20-minute drive from Birmingham city centre.
