Manchester homebuyers could receive £14,400 over a two-year period if they agree to reserve a home by George Wimpey at The Place in Clifton, Salford.
With affordability a major issue for first-time buyers, the developer is hoping that the offer of £600 a month for two years will be enough to motivate purchasers into action.
The "stylish" but affordable one and two-bedroom apartments at The Place have been designed especially for those hoping to break into the property market, according to George Wimpey.
Carole Jackson, sales executive, said: "The £600 a month for two years seems like an offer that is too good to be true but it really isn't.
"It is a real bonus and will be appreciated by many buyers who are either struggling to get on the property ladder or have previously thought they cannot afford to make the next step up."
The development is situated on Rake Lane, close to Clifton Country Park local nature reserve. It is 20 minutes away from central Manchester and Bolton town centre by car. Furthermore, both Salford Quays and Bury can be reached in around ten minutes.
