Register interest in new Wiltshire homes, buyers urgedRegister interest in new Wiltshire homes, buyers urged
House hunters in Wiltshire are being urged to register their interest in a new range of homes in Malmesbury, the oldest borough in England.
Redrow's new Cowbridge Mill development is officially launched on September 20th, but would-be buyers are being asked to express their interest in order to receive an invitation.
Consisting of 112 private dwellings, 27 key worker apartments and four socially-rented apartments, the development includes apartments and terraced, semi and fully-detached houses, ranging from one to five bedrooms.
Sue Pittaway, area sales manager, said: "The launch is a great opportunity for people looking for their dream home to come along and see the stunning designs on offer at Cowbridge Mill.
"This is a beautiful location and home owners will enjoy the benefits of a countryside setting, overlooking the river, mill race and water meadows."
Cowbridge Mill, built on the former site of a secret radar factory used in the second world war, is approximately six miles north of Junction 17 of the M4 and is on the southern fringe of the Cotswolds.
