A new waterside development in West Bromwich is an ideal location to set up a first home, according to developer George Wimpey.
Properties at the Ashdale Mews development start from £89,995 for a one-bedroom property, while two and three-bedroom homes start from £117,995 and £168,500 respectively.
George Wimpey is also promising to pay five per cent of the deposit, while homeowners will also save money by being able to choose from a "cost-effective" selection of soft furnishings and carpets.
"With those decisions made, homebuyers can relax while their chosen furnishings and appliances are expertly installed ready for when they move in," said a spokesperson.
West Bromwich, part of the Black Country, is five miles north-west of Birmingham - making it a useful base for commuters - and is served by the Midland Metro light rail system.
