Incentives on offer with Warrington homes

First-time buyers in the Cheshire area are being offered a range of incentives to encourage them to move into a new home in Warrington.

Gladedale is hoping that £1,000 worth of Ikea vouchers will be enough persuade new buyers to buy a home in The Galleries development on Gladstone Street. However, the offer is only available on the weekend of October 6th-7th.

Other incentives include a five per cent deposit paid deal, carpeting and £500 towards the mortgage every month for a year.

Pauline McManus, sales manager for Gladedale, said: "First time buyers shouldn't have to forfeit style for affordability, which is why we're offering [the incentives].

"We hope this will go a long way to helping first-time buyers choose the apartment that they want without stretching their budget."

The homes on offer include one and two-bedroom apartments and prices start from £97,500.

Historically a part of Lancashire, Warrington is now a unitary authority, although there are plans to incorporate the town into the Manchester city-region.

Transport links include the M6, M56, M62 and the West Coast Mainline.
