Home Mortgage incentive on new Wigan homes

Mortgage incentive on new Wigan homes

A new development in the Greater Manchester area is likely to prove attractive to first-time buyers because it comes with a mortgage-saving incentive.

Buyers at the new Evergreens development in the village of Abram, near Wigan, will receive up to £600 every month for two years to help with mortgage payments.

George Wimpey, which built the houses, said the incentive is intended to help those who are looking for a large family home but are struggling with affordability issues.

Kath Belshaw, sales executive, said: "The special deal seems like an offer that is too good to be true but it really isn't.

"Evergreens is a fantastic development offering buyers the very latest choice of spacious stylish homes with unique design touches."

The new development comprises three-bedroom semi-detached houses, three-storey townhouses and four-bedroom detached homes, with prices starting from £164,950.

Commuters benefit from being in of England's major conurbations, with central Manchester and Salford Quays around 35 minutes away if travelling by car.
