A housebuilder has announced that will subsidise trips to its new residential property development in Alanya, southern Turkey.
For £150 per person, an interested buyer could be in receipt of rerun flights, hotel accommodation and some meals.
The incentive is being offered by TPI Turkish Property Invest, which is eager to show off its Oba Saray 4 development.
Sean Gillic, who heads up TPI Turkish Property Invest, told news site Easier: "While many people in Britain are aware of other cities in Turkey, Alanya has until recently kept its charms a fairly well-kept secret.
"Making this offer available to all prospective UK purchasers is a way in which we can present not just our properties, but everything that this beautiful city has to offer."
Oba Saray 4, situated in landscaped gardens, comprises 70 two-bedroom apartments and 15 luxury four-bed duplexes.
There is also a swimming pool, a gymnasium, tennis facilities and a restaurant and prices start from £56,000.
Earlier this month, it was agreed that airport contractor TAV Airports Holding will manage Gazipasa Airport, which is just over 30 km from Alanya. The airport is due to be fully operational next year.
