Family homes in Surrey are now on the market and the developer is hoping they will be a big hit with commuters.

The new-build development, which is in Warlingham and is called The Crescent, was created by Linden Homes.

There are six homes to buy, all of which are three-bedroom semi-detached properties. All master bedroom are en-suite and lead out on to outdoor terraces.

Paul Cooper, Linden managing director, said: "New developments of this kind, within such an easy commuting distance of London, are something of a rarity.

"Families are often forced to compromise on space in order to meet their location requirements."

The Crescent is 15 miles away from central London and five miles away from Croydon, making it an ideal place to live for commuters with families.
