Barratt has said its iPad launch at Cardiff's Millennium Centre was a great success, with tens of apartments officially released.

Taking place on September 29th, the event attracted a high level of interest from potential buyers who are eager to buy a starter home in the Welsh capital.

The launch saw the release of 30 iPads, with prices starting at £119,995 and experts were on hand to help would-be buyers make a decision.

"This was our first opportunity to reveal details and prices of iPads@Cardiff Central and we have been delighted with the level of interest," said sales director Sandra Dixon.

"We have had more than 700 enquiries about the development and with the first reservations now being taken we are looking at a great success here."

She went on to say that while the iPads are geared towards young first-time buyers, property investors are also welcome to contact the Barratt sales team.

Located in Dumballs Road, the Cardiff Bay development will eventually comprise 76 one-bedroom iPads.
