A development in Croydon is to be relaunched on October 6th and 7th after its first opening resulted in excessive demand.
Fairview New Homes has built extra properties at the Queensgate development on Pawsons Road to cater for interested buyers.
Built on the site of the old Queen's Hospital, Queensgate comprises one and two-bedroom apartments, many of which have en-suite shower rooms, and is situated in landscaped gardens.
"Croydon is a real property hotspot at the moment and the apartments at Queensgate [...] have been particularly well received," said sales director Jim Holliday.
"The town is currently the focus of a massive £3.5 billion transformation which is attracting the attention of property investors."
Well-placed for commuters, Croydon is the main hub of the South London Tramlink and there are mainline rail services to central London and Gatwick Airport.
