An off-plan development in Bracknell has been a "tremendous" success, according to the developer.

Fairview New Homes is anticipating that interest in the Celsius development will continue unabated now that a show apartment is to be unveiled this weekend (October 6th-7th).

Celsius, which is so-called because it is built on the site of a former meteorological office, is made up of one and two-bedroom apartments.

The housebuilder stated: "One of the best things about Celsius is that the style and space comes at an affordable price.

"One-bedroom apartments start from just £185,000 and two-bedroom apartments from £225,000."

According to Fairview, the apartments are suitable not only for homeseekers but property investors.
