The first properties at Barratt's The Glass House development in centre of Maidenhead will be released on October 11th.
A "striking" building above Sainsbury's in Providence Place, The Glass House comprises 94 one and two-bedroom apartments.
The first properties will be ready to move in to by December so Barratt is urging interested parties to make contact as soon as possible.
Gary Ennis, regional managing director, said: "The Glass House is an incredibly stylish and eye-catching building.
"Inside the apartments are contemporary with the high specification you would expect from Barratt."
Rail commuters can be in London in less than half an hour, while Maidenhead itself offers such delights as an eight-screen cinema complex, an arts centre, theatre, swimming pool and a shopping centre.
