A new development in Chislehurst, Kent, has proved very popular with luxury home buyers, according to St James Homes.
All the cottages at Kingswood Chase have been sold but a number of apartments and family homes are still available to buy.
The development is built around a 19th century Grade II-listed manor house, which will eventually be turned into luxury apartments.
