Wavertree homes come with £600 a month

George Wimpey is giving buyers £600 every month for 24 months towards mortgage payments if they reserve a property at Chatsworth Gardens, Wavertree Garden Suburb.

It means that homebuyers should have enough spare cash to pay for furniture or a new car, said George Wimpey.

The development comprises three bedroom semi-detached homes, four and five-bedroom detached houses and two-bedroom apartments.

Marie Wilkinson, sales and marketing director, comments: "The special deal seems like an offer that is too good to be true but it really isn't.

"It is a real bonus and will be appreciated by many buyers who are either struggling to get on the property ladder or have previously thought they cannot afford to make the next step up."

The development is ideally placed for commuters who work in one of England's most exciting cities, while Warrington and Manchester are also within driving distance.
