Malmesbury homes released

Redrow has released a number of two-bedroom apartments at its Cowbridge Mill development in Malmesbury - one of England's oldest towns - and prices range from £182,995 to £198,995.

The development, which is built on the site of a secret wartime radar factory, is still being built and will eventually consist of 143 new homes.

Once completed, homeseekers will be able to choose from apartments, terraced homes, semi-detached and detached houses, and three-storey town houses.

"The launch was the first opportunity for people to see the stunning designs on offer at Cowbridge Mill and they received a great reception," said a Redrow spokesperson.

"This is a beautiful location and home owners will enjoy the benefits of a countryside setting, overlooking the river, mill race and water meadows."

Although a quiet market town, Malmesbury has an exciting carnival that takes place in the last two weeks of August.
