Radcliffe development almost sold out

Homeseekers in Manchester are being warned they have only a short time left to buy a house or apartment at Countryside Properties' Ringley Lock development in Radcliffe.

The development, which is in the quiet Radcliffe village of Stoneclough, comprises three and four-bedroom homes and one and two-bedroom apartments, many of which have been sold.

To make it easier for house buyers, Countryside Properties has kitted out all the homes with carpets, light fittings and window dressings.

Part exchange is also available on selected plots, which means buyers do not have to worry about being in a chain.

Potential buyers are being urged to act fast and contact the developer before all the homes at Ringley Lock are gone.

"Ringley Lock offers the best of both world - a tranquil haven in which to relax [...] and direct access to major business networks, designer shopping and a bustling nightlife," said the developer.

Radcliffe, which is 13 miles away from the City of Manchester and Salford Quays, is also located close to the large metropolitan boroughs of Bury and Bolton, making it a handy place for commuters to set up home.
