Housebuilder Redrow has said it will pay £750 a month for the first year on selected homes at its ongoing Bletchley Park development in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.
Promoted as an ideal location for commuters who need access to the centre of Milton Keynes, London or Bedford, Bletchley Park will eventually comprise 136 new homes, many of which will be one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
In an effort to reach out to first-time buyers and young professionals, Redrow will pay £750 every month towards the mortgage for a year.
Tonia Tyler, area sales manager for Redrow Homes, said: "For those who would like to buy at Bletchley Park we think the £750 towards the mortgage offer will be a real help.
"We're hoping that this latest offer will give buyers that extra push into starting their life at Bletchley Park."
Initial prices start at £174,995, which is line with the average cost of a house in Milton Keynes, according to the Land Registry, which has recorded a 9.3 per cent rise in local house prices in the past 12 months.
