Homeseekers in south-east Manchester are being offered a number of deals to encourage them to move into a new Redrow home before Christmas.
Available on selected plots at Redrow's ongoing Cooper Court development in Hazel Grove, Stockport, offers include up to £500 a month for two years towards the mortgage.
Alternative deals include five per cent deposit paid, a moving-in flat-fee of £99 or the choice of having free carpets and curtains.
Barbara Wright, area sales manager for Redrow, said: "We understand that moving house can put a strain on the finances and takes some planning, especially during the festive period."
Prices for a two-bedroom apartments start at £156,000, while two-bedroom and three-bedroom houses start at £169,950 and £229,950 respectively.
Cooper Court residents are surrounded by the Cheshire plains and Derbyshire peaks, but are also close to the motorway network and central Manchester.
