Selected plots at Redrow's Pentre Bach and Ty Newydd developments in Wrexham are available to buy under a new incentive scheme.
Homebuyers are being offered up to £500 a month towards their mortgage payments for two years. Alternatives are "substantial" cash discounts and five per cent deposit paid.
Some properties are fitted out with carpets and curtains, as well as turfed gardens at the front and the back.
