Liverpool part-exchange deal announced

Househunters are being offered the opportunity to part-exchange their current home for a new property at Chatsworth Gardens in South Liverpool.

George Wimpey's part-exchange deal means that homeseekers have a guaranteed buyer for their current property, thereby removing the need for estate agents.

In fact, a survey by Gumtree.com shows that half of all househunters are cutting out estate agents from the buying process in order to reduce costs.

Marie Wilkinson, George Wimpey sales director, said: "The most stressful aspect of buying a new home is selling your current property.

"With part-exchange you do not have to worry about whether your house will sell and in what timescale because we buy your home from you and so you are effectively not in a chain."

Chatsworth Gardens comprises three-bedroom semi-detached homes, four and five-bedroom detached houses and two-bedroom apartments.
