Gladedale is offering incentives to homebuyers who take an interest in its Drummond Grove development in Blairgowrie, Perthshire.

These include mortgage repayments of £500 until next summer and £20,000 discounts on a range of large three and four-bedroom homes.

There is also a part-exchange package for homeowners who want to move quickly and without the expensive of estate agents fees.

Gladedale sales and marketing manager Tracy Marnoch said: "Drummond Grove is one of the first new build developments in Blairgowrie for a number of years.

"There is something for everyone - from families looking to move to a larger home through to first time buyers and even downsizers."

Blairgowrie is on the southern fringe of the Highlands, on the banks of the River Ericht, and is 17 miles away from Perth.
