Property firm makes a splash at northwest awards

North-west property developer Urban Splash has been presented with three awards at an event held at the Urbis in central Manchester.

The How-Do Top 100 competition, which aimed to find the top brands in the region, awarded Urban Splash with the prize for top north-west brand.

Supported by law firm Hill Dickinson, the Confederation of British Industry and the Chartered Institute of Marketing, the event also saw Urban Splash win the property and construction award and was named the most innovative brand.

"Urban Splash is currently investing over £1 billion in regeneration projects across the country including north-west projects such as Castlefield and New Islington in Manchester and Ropewalks in Liverpool," states How-Do.

"The company has received 210 awards to date for its commitment to architecture, design, regeneration and enterprise."

Urban Splash has committed itself to affordable housebuilding in Manchester, which includes the transformation of Ancoats Hospital Dispensary building into 12 apartments.
