A housebuilder is offering to pay the five per cent deposit and stamp duty on selected two-bedroom apartments in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire.
Prices at Pages Priory start at £160,995 and George Wimpey is also offering to pay legal fees and survey costs.
A selection of four-bedroom family homes is also currently available at the development, complete with soft furnishings and five per cent deposit and stamp duty paid.
"It's a package which will save first-time buyers thousands of pounds on the cost of homeownership, giving them the big break they need to move in to a brand new home," said a spokesperson for the housebuilder.
Homebuyers who reserve soon still have time to move in before Christmas, according to George Wimpey.
Land Registry figures show that house prices in Leighton Buzzard and the rest of Bedfordshire have risen by 8.5 per cent in the past 12 months, with the average price now standing at £186,258.
