Developer Stewart Milne is confident that its 252 new upmarket apartments in the Wigan Pier Quarter will be a hit with business professionals.

Part of the regeneration of Trencherfield Mill, situated by the Leeds-Liverpool canal, the apartments are complemented by 57,595 sq ft of high-specification office space.

Trencherfield Mill is five minutes away from the town centre and has motorway links to the rest of the Manchester region, as well as Liverpool and central Lancashire.

Malcolm Deans, Stewart Milne managing director, said that Wigan is a vibrant town, which is now a hub for forward-thinking businesses.

"Nowhere is this more evident than at Trencherfield Mill, a former cotton mill that has been transformed into what will become a bustling urban village, complete with new homes, offices, a hotel, restaurants, pub, and fashionable shopping areas," he stated.
