The second phase of George Wimpey's Orchard Grove development in Blackwood, South Lanarkshire has gone on sale with prices starting at £148,000.
This phase comprises 52 three-bedroom semi detached homes aimed at families "who need plenty of space for everyday living".
Orchard Grove's first phase has been described as "overwhelmingly successful" by the housebuilder, which is expecting a high level of interest.
Michelle Logie, marketing director for George Wimpey, said: "There is nothing conventional or standard about the way we live today, but the quality of the homes at Orchard Grove Phase 2 is guaranteed.

Another South Lanarkshire development by George Wimpey is The Pines, which is made up of three and four-bedroom homes.
The Pines is one of many 'tree-named' developments, which include The Maple and The Oak.
