Gladedale has released five new properties at its Sidlaw Fields and Craigowl View developments in Baldragon, Dundee.
At Sidlaw Fields, buyers can choose from three houses, two of which are four-bedroom detached homes, with prices ranging from £209,995 to £248,995.
The adjacent Craigowl View site features a three-bedroom detached home priced at £193,995, while a four-bedroom detached property is for sale at £209,995.
Tracy Marnoch, sales manager at Gladedale, welcomed the new releases and said both developments have proved to be very popular with buyers.
"By creating a new area of stunning homes designed to meet the demands of modern living, we can meet a variety of requirements and budgets," she added.
Gladedale recently announced that it intends to become one of the country's leading large-scale urban redeveloper.
The building company has created a special projects division to bring together its strategic land portfolio and its public sector partnerships into one department.
