Part exchange deal on offer in Anfield

Barratt is offering homebuyers the chance to take advantage of a part exchange deal at one of its housing developments in Merseyside.

Homeseekers interested in purchasing a home at Breckside Court in Anfield will be offered a five per cent premium on the market value of their current home.

In addition, they will not be required to pay estate agents fees and will have the advantage of avoiding property chains.

"There are just eight properties left on the market at this popular development," said a spokesperson for Barratt, who went on to outline an extra offer.

"Barratt is offering to pay fast-moving house buyers £500 a month towards their mortgage payments until 2010, making that brand new luxury home much more affordable."

The development comprises three and four-bedroom homes and prices range from £199,950 to £231,800.
