Cardiff development offers 'healthy capital gains'

Property investors are being told they could make "healthy capital gains" by buying apartments in a central Cardiff development.

Known as Admiral House, the development is located near the city centre, boasts high-quality specifications and offers good rental yields, according to City Lofts.

One buy-to-let investor who recently made a purchase at City Loft said he had no problems in finding a tenant for the apartment and is achieving an average yield of about six per cent.

"City Lofts has provided [...] a high-quality blank canvas so that all we have had to do is purchase furniture, saving us a lot of time and money," said Lee Kuroda-Perks.

Admiral House, which is a refurbished 15-storey office building on Newport Road, comprises 167 one and two-bedroom apartments.

City Lofts currently has apartments for sale not only in Cardiff but also Manchester, Newcastle, Leeds, Nottingham Liverpool, Sheffield and Paris.
