South-west property opportunities highlighted

Thanks to a spate of new-build schemes, the south-west offers a "diverse selection of properties" for potential homebuyers, it has been claimed.

The region has the greatest number of internal migrants in the country, which has resulted in a spurt of new developments, according to Southwest Property Network.

Rob McCabe, a spokesman for estate agent network, said the quality of life in the south-west is also a contributing factor.

"The south-west has good train links for people who work, which is important. There is a growing community of new companies opening and expanding across the south-west," he stated.

"There are a lot of opportunities in the south-west and a diverse selection of properties. You can get a cottage in the countryside or a waterfront apartment. It's a popular place to be."

He said there are "lots of little pockets down in Devon and all around Exeter" and he cited Bristol as one of the best opportunities for homebuyers.

Bryant Homes currently has a selection of showhomes to view at The Pavilions in Bristol, Kings Mead in Quedgeley, and Clover Rise and Burghley Fields in Swindon.
