Property hunters looking for a home in Scotland should take advantage of a number of deals currently being offered by Barratt Homes, the housebuilder has said.
Homebuyers can benefit from a variety of offers, including a £500 monthly mortgage subsidy for 12 months, paid legal fees or a five per cent deposit.
Grangewood Dalry Road in Kilwinning and Ashdale in Kilmaurs Road, Kilmarnock, are the developments where homebuyers can seek out these perks.
Barratt West Scotland sales director Stuart MacColl remarked: "Taking advantage of these Dream Deal offers could give you great start in your new home with a new lifestyle."
Buyers can choose from a number of options at these "popular developments", but only for a limited time, he added.
Last week, Persimmon Homes West Scotland announced that it is offering homebuyers the opportunity to live free for a year in a selection of its properties. Certain terms and conditions apply and the deal is also available for a limited time only.
