Homebuyers are being offered a new incentive from Barratt Homes - to the tune of £1,000.
People who log on to the developer's official website and request a brochure for a new development will be given the chance to print off a £1,000 voucher, reports Easier.
Consumers are required to register their details in order to qualify for the offer, following which they will be automatically sent information about new developments and deals.
"We've launched this exciting sales incentive to encourage prospective buyers to leave their details on our website, rather than just looking for properties and logging off," said Caroline Hill, sales director with Barratt.
She added that those who take up the deal can "gain £1,000 for just two minute's work", following which they will be the first to hear Barratt news.
In related news, Barratt is set to launch a new development in the Henbury area near Bristol on Saturday February 9th.
