Redrow's House Price Protection pledge remains available to anyone buying a new Redrow property this month, it has been announced.
The homebuilder's promise to protect the value of its new homes for up to three years has been extended until the end of March.
Redrow believes this will help to instil confidence in homebuyers at a time when they are being "bombarded" with conflicting messages in the media.
The homebuilder's marketing director Simon Bennett said: "We are confident about the long-term value of our homes and the benefits associated with owning a brand-new Redrow home.
"But if a customer comes to sell their new Redrow property during the qualifying period and gets less than they paid, we will refund the difference up to ten per cent of the purchase price paid."
The House Price Protection is available at all Redrow developments, with the exception of its Debut range.
Redrow's offer runs until March 30th and potential homebuyers are urged to act fast to take advantage of the deal.
