Linden Homes is planning to unveil its new Bristol development - in the city's zoo.
On Thursday March 2th, Linden is holding a launch event for its new Essence development at the zoo's Clifton Pavilion.
The three-hour launch starts at 17:00 GMT and it will be a chance for potential homebuyers to learn more about the development.
Essence is situated on Cheltenham Road and when complete will comprise 129 one and two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom duplex apartments.
Alison Staddon, a sales director for Linden, said: "Essence is a prestigious new address and as such is already generating high levels of interest from our customers.
"This is the very first opportunity for customers to reserve any of the homes at Essence, so there has never been a better time to choose from the pick of the homes available."
Clifton Pavilion, which is two miles from the city centre, hosts special events such as weddings and conferences.
