Off-plan homes near Birmingham aimed at first-timers and investors

Off-plan homes near Birmingham are now available to buy, according to George Wimpey.

The developer hopes that investors and first-time buyers will take advantage of the best deals at Century Square on the edge of the Worcestershire countryside

George Wimpey believes that buying off-plan is "ideal" for buy-to-let investors and those climbing onto the property ladder.

As well as having a pick of the plots, the homes come at a guaranteed price. Buyers also have a say regarding their property's interior design.

Century Square, part of which has already been built, comprises two, three and four-bedroom family properties, in addition to a number of apartments.

A range of financial incentives are available, including five per cent deposit paid for first-time buyers and investment advice for buy-to-let landlords.

Century Square is located in the market town of Halesowen and is close to the M5 motorway and the bright lights of Birmingham.

The price of an already-built one-bedroom apartment is £118,995, rising to £199,995 for a three-bedroom semi-detached, according to the developer's sales website.
