Redrow Homes' Middlebank Rise development in Dunfermline, Scotland, has been described as "the perfect development for families".
Diana Newton, sales director for the company's Scotland division, reflected on the "range of spacious homes" and the "semi-rural feel to it", which may appeal to families.
Her comments come as the property group is planning an event to entertain youngsters and adults alike between Saturday March 22nd and Sunday March 23rd.
The Dunfermline development will play host to an Easter holiday fun weekend, which will allow house hunters to sample a barbeque, take advantage of a pampering session, or let their kids try to win a Nintendo Wii.
"Searching for a new home can be difficult for a busy modern family so we wanted to put the fun back into house hunting with this open weekend, which will allow people to view our stunning show homes and get a feel for the development," Ms Newton remarked.
Redrow Homes (midlands) commented on another of its developments earlier this month, saying that Newton's Walk in Grantham was designed to appeal to a wide range of buyers.
