Linden Homes 'opts for different approach'Linden Homes 'opts for different approach'
Property developer Linden Homes has chosen a "different approach" regarding its selection of homes.
According to Zoe Dobbs, sales and marketing director for the firm's Thames Valley division, this differs from other companies that have "proposed a dense scheme of identikit homes".
Linden says it is providing consumer choice in its Linden Quarter development on Church Lane in Wexham.
Close to Wexham Park Hospital, the area is said to be ideal for both families and commuters. First-time buyers can also reportedly get onto the property ladder here with minimum fuss.
The road links and local schools in the vicinity are described as "excellent", providing another reason to purchase a home there.
"In favouring a wide mix of housetypes, from traditional homes to three-storey townhouses with differing exterior finishes including tile hung first floors and white rendering, the varied street scenes give the impression of an established development," Ms Dobbs remarks.
As well as Thames Valley, Linden has departments in the west, south, south-east and Chiltern.
