Gladedale in partnership to build new Dunfermline homes

Gladedale and Strathclyde Homes have announced they are working together to build new homes in Dunfermline, Fife.

In order to meet the demand for new housing, the two developers have been tasked with building more than 150 properties at Masterton Grange.

Homes at the development will comprise one and two-bedroom apartments and two and three-bedroom terraced homes, as well as four bedroom townhouses.

Peter Brogan, managing director of Strathclyde Homes, said: "We believe that the combined expertise of Strathclyde and Gladedale [will] enable us to deliver homes designed specifically to meet need in Dunfermline.

"There is a shortage of homes aimed at first-time buyers and we have a selection of properties that are ideal for those looking to take their first step on the property ladder."

Meanwhile, George Wimpey has launched a range of apartments in Dunfermline aimed primarily at first-time buyers. Known as Pilmuir Place, the development consists of two and three-bedroom flats.
