Stewart Milne Homes is currently showcasing new one and two-bedroom apartments at its Wincebrook Court development in Middleton in Greater Manchester.

A one-bedroom show apartment has been furnished to show potential buyers what their home could look like.

Buyers can take time to look inside the apartment and "picture themselves living in a brand new modern home", said sales manager Rachel MacCutchan.

"With the show apartment at Wincebrook Court we wanted to appeal to buyers with a variety of lifestyles, from young professional couples who want to relax after a hard day at the office to downsizers who would take pleasure in a comfortable home," she said.

Prices start at £102,950 for a one-bedroom apartment, rising to £119,950 for a two-bedroom property.

As well as being close to Manchester city centre, Trafford and Salford Quays, Wincebrook Court boasts easy access to the M60 and M62 and Mills Hill train station.
