Bow homes 'ideal for London's commuters'

Berkeley Homes' new Caspian Wharf canalside development in the E3 district of London is great for commuters who need easy access to one of London's largest business and shopping areas, it has been claimed.

Comprising studio flats and one, two and three-bedroom apartments, the development on Violet Road in Bow is eight minutes away from Canary Wharf by Dockland Light Rail or a 30-minute journey on foot.

Current prices start at £205,000 for a studio flat rising to 595,000 for a three-bedroom apartment.

Piers Clanford, managing director of the housebuilder, said: "Berkeley Homes has a sustainable policy that we build our developments as close to pubic transport as possible.

"Caspian Wharf is one of the best located schemes in our portfolio and is an ideal development for anyone working in Canary Wharf or in central London."

Potential buyers can check out a two-bedroom show apartment at Leman Street in E1.

According to a recent statement by Berkeley Homes, the Caspian Wharf has seen an influx of buyers who are keen to "immerse themselves" in London's east end community spirit.
