Millgate Homes' new development in Woodley near Reading has been causing "quite a stir", according to Colin Wells, from selling agent Prospect.
There has been a significant amount of interest in The Pastures and many of the interested buyers have either bought a Millgate home before or have been recommended by friends to visit the development, said Mr Wells.
The Pastures includes two-bedroom cottages, three-bedroom semi-detached homes, and four and five-bedroom detached houses.
"Millgate homes always attract the crowds and The Pastures is no exception. It's become a real talking point," he remarked.
"This is an established residential area and there hasn't been a development with this mix of houses for some time."
Mr Wells believes that The Pastures has homes that would suit "almost everyone", including first time buyers, downsizers and large families.
Millgate claims that the homes reflect the local Berkshire architecture, which can make it "hard to believe" they are brand new homes.
