Berkeley Homes is urging potential homebuyers who have expressed an interest in its eco-friendly Kingsbrook Park development in Canterbury to make a decision as soon as possible.
The launch of the development has been a "resounding success", according to Berkeley, with over 100 prospective purchasers viewing the show home at Kingsbrook Park at its recent weekend showing.
Amanda Nesbitt, head of sales at Berkeley, said the overwhelming success of the launch weekend means a number of homes have already been reserved.
"So anyone with their eye on Kingsbrook Park should visit us at the development before all the properties are snapped up," she added.
An independent EcoHomes assessment gave Kingsbrook Park ratings of 'very good' and 'excellent'.
The development is bordered on three sides by the River Stour and many of the homes have great views of Canterbury's historic cathedral.
