Stewart Milne Homes has said its new homes at Greenwood Manor have been designed to maximise family living space for a fraction of the price that an older property might cost.
Comprising townhouses and executive apartments, the development is situated in Newton Mearns, south Glasgow.
The four-bedroom townhouses and the two and three-bedroom apartments offer stylish and spacious accommodation that is finished to a high standard, according to the developer.
In fact, the 42 apartments are so spacious that they give the feel of living in a bungalow, said sales director Marlyn Boal.
"Greenwood Manor is the latest example of our new designs with extra space that will appeal to families seeking quality and value for money," he added.
Prices for the townhouses start at £400,000, while the apartments are priced from £268,000.
This month, a collection of four and five-bedroom split level villas at Greenwood Manor will be unveiled by Stewart Milne Homes.
