Gladedale is helping
first time buyers in Sunderland to obtain 100 per cent of their new home for just 75 per cent of the price.
At its Sandpiper Gardens development in Grangetown, Gladedale will provide an interest-free loan for up to ten years to cover the outstanding 25 per cent of the purchase price.
Sandpiper comprises 37 two and three-bedroom semi-detached houses, with prices starting at £85,995, although this would drop to £64,496 under the shared purchase scheme.
Richard Jones, sales director at Gladedale, said the housebuilder's shared purchase scheme makes it easier for
first time buyers struggling to get on the property ladder and allows them to secure a property that would ordinarily be out of their reach.
The offer is available on all homes that have been built under the banner of Primo, which is part of the Gladedale Group.
