New waterside apartments on the edge of the River Usk in Newport will be unveiled this coming weekend.

Built by Redrow, the showhomes will give prospective buyers the chance to get an idea of what it would be like to live at Alexandra Gate.

The one and two-bedroom show apartments are professionally decorated and fully furnished with bespoke glass furniture and contemporary lighting. Prices start at £132,000.

As well as one and two-bedroom apartments, there are also larger family homes, which Redrow says are built to the highest standard.

A Redrow spokesperson said: "Alexandra Gate has a wide range of homes on offer, whether it is for a family, young professional, retired couple or first time buyers."

Alexandra Gate is a 15-minute walk from Newport city centre, which itself is undergoing considerable investment.

The development is conveniently located near the M4, which is handy for commuters needing access to Bristol and Cardiff.
