Work is underway at Salford Quays to create almost 300 new homes which are part of Ask Life's Abito range.
Located at Clippers Quay, the 290 apartments are aimed primarily at
first time buyers and young professionals. Prices start at £109,000.
Included are eight Abito Duos, which are two-bedroom apartments with south-facing 600 square feet roof terraces, topped off with a canopy.
The apartments come after the success of the first Abito scheme at Salford Greengate, near Manchester Cathedral.
Ask Life's apartments, which have been designed by Building Design Partnership, feature larger bathrooms than the homes at Greengate and boast extra amenities.
According to Salford city council, more homes were built in the city last year than in any other time in the past 20 years, with flats near central Manchester proving the most popular.
