Gladedale is holding a two-day sales and financial advice event at its new Zest development in Wrexham this weekend.
The aim of the weekend is to help those
first time buyers who are finding it difficult to get on the property ladder and those who have been deterred from buying a new home because of the credit crunch.
Taking place on July 12th and 13th, the event will give potential homebuyers the opportunity to talk with an independent financial adviser and other experts.
Gladedale's Zest development comprises 34 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, with prices starting from £147,500.
Michaela Lancaster, sales director at Gladedale, said: "We would like to invite anyone who is either considering buying a new home, or is maybe experiencing difficulty in their search for a home.
"Whatever your situation, we would be delighted to help you."
Gladedale's Purchase Plus scheme is also available at Zest. This allows purchasers to pay 75 per cent of the house price, with the outstanding amount turned into an interest-free loan.
