Gladedale to unveil South Tyneside homes

Gladedale is releasing the first homes at its Hall Green Manor development in West Boldon, South Tyneside.

This weekend, the leading housebuilder will unveil its collection of 15 luxury homes at Hall Green Manor.

A third of these, ranging from three to five bedroom homes, will be available for sale from Saturday.

The quiet and picturesque village of West Boldon is situated between Shields and Sunderland, and is ten miles from Newcastle, which makes it a useful place for commuters to set up home.

A spokesperson for Gladedale said: "The suburb has a fantastic modern school equipped with Olympic size swimming pool, its own theatre and five-a-side football pitch and gym."

Prices at Hall Green Manor range between £289,995 and £374,995 for a three or four-bedroom mews, and start at £509,995 for a five-bedroom home.

According to Gladedale, the development is a mixture of the old and the new, as original farm barns have been transformed and now sit alongside modern red-brick homes.
