According to Rachel MacCutchan, sales manager for Stewart Milne, the new homes are perfect for commuters who work in the city centre but who do not want to spend a fortune on petrol.
The development is eight miles from the Trafford Centre and 12 miles from central Manchester.
As well as being close to the M60, M62 and M6, the apartments on Liverpool Road are in close proximity to Irlam train station.
