A scheme in Leeds could throw first time buyers a much-needed lifeline, according to Redrow Homes.

The option to own 100 per cent of a brand new home at 75 per cent of the price is available on selected two-bedroom apartments at West 12 in Wortley. The remaining 25 per cent is deferred for up to ten years.

This means that a stylish two-bedroom apartment, which would normally cost £116,999, can currently be bought for £87,749. Prices are correct at date of publication.

Sue Lambert, sales director for Redrow Homes, said: "Redrow's easi-buy scheme is making home ownership more accessible to first time buyers."

West 12 is situated near Leeds city centre and is conveniently close to the motorway network.

Redrow Homes is responsible for around 100 new homes developments across Britain, including family homes, city apartments and refurbishment of historic buildings.
