Linden boasts of design breakthrough in Whitchurch

Linden Homes claims to have broken new ground when it comes to the design of its new development in Whitchurch, near Bristol.

The developer claims that discerning customers looking for "striking" new homes should visit The Mews.

Featuring "distinctive" facades that have apparently proved very popular with previous customers, the 13 three and four-bedroom detached homes are situated within a quiet cul-de-sac.

Prospective buyers who visit The Mews will find it is a peaceful location and will appreciate the generous size of these "chic" new homes.

Nigel Palmer, a spokesman for Linden Homes, said that new homes are often criticised for being bland but this cannot be said of The Mews.

"The differing exterior finishes include a variety of materials and designs, including full height glass windows, white rendered walls and traditional brickwork to achieve a design of an exclusive nature," he added.

Last month, Linden Homes announced that it is offering its mortgage protection scheme as standard on all its sites.

This means that if a homebuyer is made redundant, the housebuilder will pay £1,000 towards the mortgage for an entire year.
